New Homes and Knockdown rebuilds
Chapman Built can build your architecturally designed home. We can build on your vacant block, or if you love where you live and want a new house, we provide a knockdown rebuild service.
Additions and Extensions
Chapman Built specialises in the extension and renovation of existing homes in the Canberra region. Whether your home is brick veneer or double brick, ground level or second storey, timber floor or slab-on-ground – we do it all.
Alterations and Renovations
Chapman Built can transform your existing home from tired and outdated, to modern and stylish. We can provide you with your dream kitchen, bathroom, laundry or ensuite. We can perform internal wall alterations to open up that dining room into a fresh new open plan layout. We can help increase the energy efficiency of your existing home by replacing existing windows with new efficient double glazed units, add ceiling insulation, or connect a new rain water tank.
