Extension and new build This project involved extending a three bedroom one bathroom home and building a brand new three bedroom ensuite home at the rear. The front house was converted into a modern and contemporary home with three bedrooms and study, plus walk–in–robe and ensuite. The rear home included 2.7 metre ceilings, solar passive design and a roofed alfresco area. The interiors of both residences were professionally designed including custom kitchen and laundry joinery with waterfall stone benchtops. The front house received a major makeover including new bathroom, carpets, decking and landscaping.
