Chapman Built

Chapman Built is a family owned construction company specialising in residential construction of Canberra homes, including knockdown-rebuilds and extensions. Chapman Built is dedicated to providing the highest quality building services.

The company was formerly known as CRMB (Chapman Renovations Maintenance and Building). In 2012, CRMB was given a fresh new name – Chapman Built.

Peter Chapman started the original business in 1997 working on a diverse range of projects that included extensions, renovations and new homes. Peter’s son, Luke, began working with the business in 2007 and has over 15 years experience in the fields of construction and engineering. Luke is fully licenced builder and holds a degree in Engineering. Luke brings together experience developed in the planning and design, and also the construction side of the industry.

Peter and Luke have worked together to build the business into a recognised leader in the fields of knock-down-rebuild, extension and renovation of Canberra homes. Luke is now the Director of Chapman Built and he looks forward to carrying on his father’s tradition.

Chapman Built holds memberships with the Master Builders Association of the ACT (MBA) and the Housing Industry Association (HIA). Luke Chapman has been accredited as a HIA Greensmart Professional.
